Payment is handled by Stripe on the next screen. The slot is held the moment it clears.

I understand the session is confirmed once payment clears, and that cancelling gives a credit toward a future session rather than a refund. Four days notice or more, full credit. Two or three days, 50% credit. Less than two days, no credit. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of the cancelled session. Flowers cancelled inside 4 days are not credited, since they are already bought.
